Tricon’s Ultra Tech line of custom pipe bends and fittings are tailored to meet the unique requirements of each project. Our Ultra 600 bends are crafted using a proprietary chemistry and induction-hardening process. Bends are available up to 180° for pipe diameters from 2.5” (63.5mm) NPS to 26” (660.4mm) OD (minimum Center Line Radius is required based on pipe diameter and length).
This flexibility is crucial for applications that demand precise flow control and minimal energy loss, such as in mining and energy production. The fittings, including tees, laterals, and wyes, are designed to split or blend flow streams efficiently, while reducers are used to increase flow velocity where needed.
