WEEKLY PAY & TIME OFF

Paid Time Off. Paid Holidays. Weekly Pay.

Vacation time starts at up to 80 hours per year and increases based on service. In addition, employees receive 40 hours of paid personal time and 8 paid holidays per year. Production employees get paid every Friday direct into your bank account or on a prepaid debit card. *Non-production employees are paid bi-weekly.

FLEXIBLE SHIFTS

4 Day Week*. Voluntary Overtime.

Our production employees enjoy a 4-day work week. First Shift runs either Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm or Tuesday-Friday 5am-3pm. Second Shift runs Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am. Voluntary overtime is available and encouraged.

The following job functions are eligible for a 4-day work week: Machine Operation, Assembly, Machining, Painting, Welding, and General Laborers.
*All remaining positions follow a standard M-F, 8-hour work schedule. Our standard office hours are M-F 8am-5pm.
