UT600’s proprietary induction-hardened technology was developed at our in-house metallurgical lab to create wear- and abrasion-resistant pipes. Our unique technology alters the microstructure of the steel, resulting in pipe with outer wall hardness that is ductile enough to accommodate high-pressure service and welding stresses. The inner wall resists abrasive slurries and the toughest conveyance materials.
