We’re proud to announce that Tommy Byars has been selected as the recipient of the Hardcore Excellence Award for the month of September!
Tommy demonstrated exceptional initiative and innovation by developing a new process for welding overlay on the face of conveyor screws in the flat position.
Using three welders and two positioners, Tommy reengineered the approach to a job that would typically take a month to complete out of position.
Thanks to his ingenuity and hard work, Tommy completed the overlay in just two weeks—entirely on his own.
This achievement not only showcases Tommy’s technical skill and problem-solving mindset but also sets a new benchmark for efficiency and excellence in our operations.
