INFEED DECKS

Tough and long-lasting, Tricon infeed decks are lined with Tri-Braze to handle heavy and abrasive feeding of wood into the chipper. Tricon’s decks are hardness optimized to run under your 500+BHN chains to optimize both deck and chain life.

HEAD AND TAIL PULLEYS

Tricon head and tail pulleys are built with the strength, through hardness, and toughness needed to move logs efficiently into the paper making process. Made with Tri-Braze, our head and tail pulleys are long-lasting to keep you working.

CHIPPER HOODS

If your chipper can consume a 40-foot log in 4 seconds, you know you need a chipper hood with the strength and stamina to hold up to the impact of the chips. Tricon chipper hoods are made from Super-C CCO plate, developed using a unique cladding process to produce a surface plate that is harder, tougher, and more wear resistant than plate obtained by any other process.

CARD BREAKERS

Tricon card breakers made from Tri-Braze plate are long lasting and reduce log- chip size for more uniform, consistent sizing. Drive paper mill profitability with card breakers you can rely on for consistent chip sizing.

CHIP SCREWS

Consistent chip feed is a primary driver of pulp processing efficiency. Tricon chip screws made from Tri-Braze are long lasting, and effectively convey chips of correct and consistent sizing through to the mill.

SHAKER SCREENS

Tricon shaker screens are made from Tri-Braze, which means they will hold up to the wear and abrasion from wood chips moving through the screen. Uniform, consistent chip sizing is key to paper mill profitability, so it’s important to have shaker screens like these that won’t warp or let over-size material move through the process.

CYCLONES

Cyclones from Tricon separate wood chips from wood fines. This consistency means that the wood chips can be chemically dissolved using the same formula each and every time. Tri-Braze steel lines the cyclone to resist the abrasion and wear of the wood chips, making for a long-lasting piece of equipment.

PNEUMATIC CONVEYANCE

If your plant relies on pneumatic systems for transport of wood chips, bark or hog fuel, you know how these materials can damage a piping system.
