We joyfully share the news of Rusty Morgan’s retirement after dedicating 38 years of exemplary service at Tricon Wear Solutions. While we will undoubtedly miss his presence in the shop, we are thrilled for him and his wife, Julie as they embark on the next exciting chapter of life. Rusty eloquently expressed in his retirement letter, “just remember, machines build parts, but only people can build character.” His outstanding character has set a high standard, one that we aim to uphold as we move forward.
