Recently, Elizabeth has embraced a new role within the Inside Sales team, focusing on sales process management, fostering strong customer relationships, and generating leads. Additionally, her efforts were instrumental in achieving an impressive 99.5% inventory accuracy during this year’s annual physical inventory. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Elizabeth also made time to welcome a group of cadets from the Battle Born Youth Challenge to the Elko shop floor. The cadets not only learned about Tricon’s business and its applications but also had the unique opportunity to try welding firsthand.

Scott always goes above and beyond in all aspects of his position. He is 100% committed to performance and master’s his role as Senior Estimator. When I started at Tricon, Scott worked with me to make sure that I knew expectations and requirements to be able to excel in all areas of my position. He continues to stop what he is doing to answer any questions that I may have. Scott does whatever he can do to make sure that no single person is left behind on our team. He wants everyone to be the best. Scott’s attitude at work is a true testament to his character, and we are so appreciative of the time that we have been able to work with him.
