Our team knows how important community and teamwork is to the people of Elko. Mining often takes place in rugged and isolated areas, and the communities grow to support them. We have invested heavily in our Elko facility over the past year:
- Re-opened our rail spur to reduce delivery costs for our customers
- Upgraded our facility with new paint and signage.
- Added a new delivery driver, welder and engineer to our team
But we know being a part of the Elko community is as important as the services we deliver to our customers. Our Plant Manager, Jay Byars, loves to contribute to local educational institutions. Under Jay’s direction, we have sponsored a classroom at the Elko Institute for Academic Achievement and hosted a tour of students from the Battle Born Academy.
Tricon is committed to being an important part of Elko, for both our customers and the community who support them.
