Longer lasting piping at a fraction of the cost. Just a pipe dream? Not anymore. Our induction hardened Ultra Tech Pipe is like no other pipe seen before. Giving you longer life, less downtime, and more productivity to save you thousands of dollars by dramatically extending the useful life.

Today, mild steel pipe is often the favorite choice. Why? Because it’s cheaper. When compared to Ultra Tech, this soft steel is, well, soft. Got abrasive slurry on the move? You need to toughen up your pipe. With Ultra Tech you get piping that’s formed from propriety steel chemistry and specific induction hardening to give you increased tensile strength up to 90k; allowing the pipe to wear down thinner at the higher pressures without bursting. It means your pipe remains ductile outside while hardened inside. Allowing infield welding and cutting for fitment makes installation easier.

 Here’s the math example:

Soft steel ($100,000 with $50,000 installation costs) lasts one year. Ultra Tech’s superior steel costs about three times as much as soft steel ($300,000 with $50,000 installation costs) but lasts five years; saving you the downtime and installation costs when compared to softer steel for total savings of $400,000. Cheaper is actually more expensive.

Ultra Tech is deployed globally in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. You can find yours here. Ultra Tech – longer life and less downtime means saving your company money.
