SHREDDER HAMMERS
Tricon hammers are available in Austenitic Manganese Steel for heavy scrap and Tri-Braze Alloy Steel for lighter scrap shredding—offered as cast or “Roll Forged” for enhanced microstructure. All sizes and shapes are available, and we can custom design or overlay to fit your wear conditions.
SHREDDER GRATES
Tricon shredder grates are made using Tri-Braze for screening materials for a more
accurately sized final product and more efficient hammer shredding.
CHUTES AND HOPPERS
Tricon chutes, hoppers, and liners are made to last with Tri-Braze and/or Super-C
CCO plate. Maximize efficiency and save money by adding Tricon liners to your
chutes and hoppers.
BUCKET WEAR LINERS
Tricon bucket wear liners are designed using proprietary steel formulations (Tri-
Braze and Super-C) to protect from wear and tear. Our steels have a higher
resistance to abrasion, impact, and corrosion, which maximizes durability for a
longer service life.
JOINING, HARDFACING, & BUILD-UP WIRES
Tricon Prime Arc™ welding consumables easily join high-strength, abrasion-
resistant steel, manganese steel, and dissimilar metals or handle hard rock,
earthmoving, metal-to-metal, and other demanding applications. Tricon even has
build-up consumables for repairing and resurfacing expensive, worn parts.
