DRIVE SPROCKETS

Tricon drive sprockets are made from Tri-Braze, providing the ideal thickness and through hardness needed to keep your aggregate operations moving. Without Tricon’s proprietary chemistry, drive sprockets wear quickly, which can shut down the entire aggregate line. Available turnkey or custom-made, Tricon drive sprockets are harder and more wear-resistant for longer-lasting life. Avoid costly and time-consuming drive sprocket replacements with Tricon.

BLOW BARS

Effectively crush highly abrasive materials with Tricon blow bars made from Tri- Braze, the industry’s best-performing, and largest-selling specialty abrasion- resistant steel. Our blow bars have extended wear life, can be custom fit to your crusher, and increase production rates while decreasing costs-per-ton.

CYCLONES

Cyclones and cyclone liners from Tricon are made from Tri-Braze steel and Super-C plate to resist the abrasion and wear of the aggregate materials as they are separated through the cyclone. With a long-lasting cyclone or cyclone liners, you can reduce downtime and increase profitability.

TARGET DOORS

Resist and reduce the initial impact of aggregate materials as they enter the cyclone with Tricon’s target doors. Made from Tri-Braze or Super-C abrasion- resistant steel, these target doors keep your cyclone running at a lower cost than replacing the entire liner.

BLOCK SLIDES AND TURNTABLES

Our Tri-braze block slides and turntables convey heavy, abrasive cement blocks without wearing down. With a longer life than any other steel, our cement block conveying systems can be counted on to keep you running.
