SCREENING & SIZING
GRIZZLY BARS
Tricon grizzly bars keep oversized materials from entering the secondary crushing
operation. They are made from Tri-Braze, making them crack-resistant and long-
lasting from heavy impact and abrasion. Grizzly bars can also be repaired in the
field with our Prime-Arc 300 or 400 wire, extending the life of the original Tri-Braze
bars.
SECONDARY SCREENING
Tricon offers secondary screening options including prewet screen top decks
and scalping screens to isolate the final, sellable product from undersized
material. Made from Tri-Braze, Tricon screens last longer and resist wear to
ensure the correct particle size in your finished product.
ROTARY SCREENS
Tricon rotary screens are used for secondary sizing and separation of materials. Our rotary
screens stand up to the wear and tear of heavy, abrasive materials and the tumbling action of
the rotor. Tri-Braze has the only material that has the combination of hardness and impact
resistance to succeed in this challenging environment.
TRUCK DUMP SCREENS
Tricon truck dump screens have the through hardness and abrasion resistance to
handle and filter the toughest aggregate materials from your truckload. Tri-Braze
gives our truck dump screens the long-lasting strength needed to separate particle
sizes each and every time correctly.
JOINING, HARDFACING, & BUILD-UP WIRE
Tricon Prime Arc™ welding consumables are of the highest quality in the
mining industry and can extend service life while reducing costly downtime.
Easily join high-strength, abrasion-resistant steel, manganese steel, and
dissimilar metals using our joining electrodes and wires made for field welding.
Plus, our full line of hardfacing wire consumables handle hard rock,
