Custom haul truck liner packages by Tricon are specially created for your unique
needs, whether you want max wear-life, maximize weight efficiency, or a balance of
both. Our liners feature customized material combinations of our proprietary
impact, abrasion, and corrosion-resistant steel plate to handle the wear from
hauling various aggregate materials.
LOADER BUCKETS & LINERS
Highly abrasive materials and extreme impact forces to loader buckets and liners
can wear them down quickly. Tricon buckets and liners, made with our proprietary
steels, withstand harsh aggregate conditions, provide longer service life, lower
maintenance costs, and improve performance. Our engineering experts can help
select the right material thickness to be installed in the right places to maximize
longevity and minimize weight.
DOZER BLADES, LINERS & OUTSIDE LINER PACKAGES
Our bulldozer blades, liners, and outside liner packages are made with Tricon
proprietary steel formulations that protect equipment from wear and tear. With a
higher resistance to abrasion, impact, and corrosion, Tricon steel maximizes
durability for a longer service life, improves productivity and efficiency, and
reduces maintenance costs and downtime. Plus, with a lower weight compared to
other materials, Tricon bulldozer blades and liners improve fuel economy and
maneuverability. They also perform better in harsh aggregate environments like
rocky, sandy, or muddy terrains.
CUTTING EDGES
Aggregate digging conditions are harsh. That’s why we build Tricon cutting edges
with proprietary abrasion-resistant steels to protect and extend the life of the
loader bucket. Our bolt-on, replaceable cutting edges are also available in
reversible options for even longer use.
HAUL ROAD GRADER BLADES
Tricon customizable haul road grader blades have a Tri-Braze and tungsten carbide
wear surface, which extends the lifespan of the blade up to 10 times that of a
standard steel grader blade. It’s costly, hazardous, and time-consuming to
shutdown and replace these extremely heavy, bolted blades. With Tricon, you can
extend the life of your blades, thus putting your workers in harms way less often.
JOINING, HARDFACING, & BUILD-UP WIRES
Extending service life and reducing costly downtime is important in aggregate. As
the highest quality in the industry, Tricon Prime Arc welding consumables do both.
Choose from joining electrodes and wires made for field welding, hardfacing wire
consumables for handling demanding applications, or build-up consumables for
repairing and resurfacing expensive, worn parts.
