Dragline bucket liners
Extend the life of your dragline buckets with Tricon dragline bucket liners. Our
liners use the best-in-class Tri-Braze alloy plate and Super-C CCO for longer life
and superior wear resistance while working through the abrasive mining materials.
LIPS & SHROUDS
Tricon lips and shrouds are designed to protect the dipper lip from wear in
harsh mining conditions. Made from Special Treated Tri-Braze for enhanced
ductility and longer wear life.
PINS
Tricon produces a variety of pins including pins with unmatched hardness,
and application-specific pins for severe heat and wear situations. We use the
latest CNC equipment to ensure tight tolerances and consistency. We
maintain a full inventory of pin stock to minimize lead-times.
SHOVEL LINER KITS
Extend the life of your shovels with Tricon shovel liner kits. Our shovel liner
kits are made using Tri-Braze and Super-C plates for maximum wear
protection. All shovel liner kits can be fully customized to suit mining site-
specific applications.
DUTCHMEN
Tricon Dutchmen are designed using Special Treated Tri-Braze material for
enhanced ductility in the most stringent mining structural applications.
Although Special Treated Tri-Braze is less wear resistant than our standard
Tri-Braze, it still has a significantly higher hardness than the ASTM A514
grades of steel. By utilizing Tri-Braze, the standard by which all other impact
and abrasion-resistant alloy steels are measured, you are assured that
components will meet your most demanding requirements.
HEEL BANDS
Use Tricon heel bands around the bottom of a bucket to protect the bucket
from wear and ensure proper digging angles. Tri-Braze is used for maximum
hardness and strength for a longer-lasting bucket.
JOINING, HARDFACING, & BUILD-UP WIRE
Tricon Prime Arc welding consumables extend service life and reduce costly
downtime. Our joining electrodes and wires are made for field welding and can
join dissimilar metals while our full line of hardfacing wire consumables handle
hard rock and other demanding applications. Finally, Tricon build-up
consumables are used for repairing expensive, worn parts, extending their
service life.
