HAUL TRUCK BEDS & LINERS
Tricon‘s custom haul truck liner packages are tailored to best fit your needs whether you prefer
maximum wear-life, maximum weight efficiency or a combination of the two. Our liners feature
customized combinations of our proprietary impact and abrasion-resistant materials to handle the
wear from hauling any variety of mining materials.
LOADER BUCKETS & LINERS
Loader buckets and liners are exposed to highly abrasive materials and high structural loading
during operation. Tricon buckets and liners are designed using proprietary steels to withstand harsh
mining conditions, provide longer service life, lower maintenance costs, and improve performance
over any other materials in the marketplace. Our engineering team selects the right material
thickness to be installed in the right places to maximize longevity and minimize impact forces
during operation.
DOZER BLADES, LINERS & OUTSIDE LINER PACKAGES
Tricon blades, liners, and outside liner packages are designed using proprietary steel formulations
to protect the blade and the frame of the bulldozer from wear and tear. Our steels have a higher
resistance to abrasion, impact, and corrosion, which maximizes durability and service life. This
improves productivity and efficiency while reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
SKIP CARS
Mining skip cars continually transport underground mining material to the
surface while weighing it and then dumping it for processing. This repetitive
cycle requires a superior combination of Tricon products to withstand tons of
material and thousands of abrasive dumping cycles. Our mining skip cars are
built to last and withstand the most demanding mining materials imaginable.
HAUL ROAD GRADER BLADES
Tricon customizable haul road grader blades are built using a Tri-Braze base
and tungsten carbide wear surface, extending the lifespan up to 10 times that
of a standard steel grader blade. Replacing these heavy, bolted blades is a
challenging and hazardous task. Put your workers in harms way less often by
extending the life of your blades with Tricon.
JOINING, HARDFACING, & BUILD-UP WIRES
Tricon Prime Arc welding consumables are of the highest quality in the industry, extending service life and reducing costly downtime. Our joining electrodes and wires are made for field welding and can join high-strength, abrasion-resistant steel, manganese steel, and dissimilar metals. Secondly, our full line of hardfacing wire consumables handle hard rock, earthmoving, metal-to-metal, and other demanding applications. These wires are made from chromium carbide, complex carbide, tungsten carbide, manganese, Martensitic and tool steel. Finally, Tricon build-up consumables are used for repairing and resurfacing expensive, worn parts, often exceeding OEM specifications for service life.
